- Attested copies of educational certificates/ domicile / character certificate/CNIC/recent photograph must be attached with the prescribed application form.
- Recruitment shall be made purely on merit basis under the Contract Appointment Policy 2004 of Government of the Punjab (As amended time to time), Punjab Examination Commission Employees (Appointment & Conditions of Service) Regulations, 2021 and Recruitment Policy, 2022.
- The appointment on contract basis shall not reserve the right to regularization.
- Place of posting will be Punjab Examination Commission Office, Wahdat Colony/ Township Lahore.
- Applicants shall produce original documents at the time of interview.
- Punjab Examination Commission reserves the right to shortlist candidates.
- Shortlisted candidates shall be issued call letters for interview and no TA/DA shall be paid to candidates for interview.
- Incomplete and late received applications shall not be entertained. .
- General Age Relaxation shall be admissible as per policy of Government of the Punjab, Services & General Admi nistration Department vide SORI(S&GAD)9-36/81 dated 8th August, 2016 and SOR-I(S&GAD)9-2/2022 dated 26th January, 2022.
- All prescribed quotas shall be observed as per policy of Government of the Punjab.
- The candidates are required to fill the prescribed application form provided on given URL link: https://45.90.108.1/pecjobs or PEC Website. Candidates are required to download the dully filled application forms and send to Assistant Director (Admin & HR), Punjab Examination Commission, Wahdat Colony, Lahore along with attested copies of all requisite documents through Pakistan post / Courier within 16-12-2022of publication of advertisement. Only those applications will be considered which are filled on prescribed form & are sent through Pakistan Post/Courier.
