Procurement Management Specialist : At least a Master’s degree in social sciences, economics, engineering, or business administration from a local or international university that has been duly acknowledged by Pakistan’s Higher Education Commission (HEC), or comparable education (sixteen (16) years of study).
Financial Management Specialist : Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting (minimum 16 years of study) from a HEC-recognized university or institution, or the equivalent, such as CA, ACCA, CIMA, or another accounting designation.
