ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Domicile in any Punjabi district.
- Age restriction of 45 years or more as of application deadline.
- Been accepted into a PhD programme at any university in Punjab, public or private, and should have finished all prerequisite coursework.
- Applied after 1.5 years of enrolment and for a PhD programme that could last up to 3.5 years.
- Completed the comprehensive test (as per university norms).
- A PhD summary or research proposal that has been authorised by the university’s Board of Advanced Studies and Research (BASR) or a comparable statutory body.
- A legitimate acceptance letter from a university or supervisor abroad that is featured in the top 200 QS world universities overall ranking for 2023.
