Qualification Required 

• Must possess a master’s degree from an accredited and reputable university, ideally in business administration, public administration, or the social sciences.
  • Must have served as a resource regarding local government in prestigious training facilities.
  • Possess training in social organisation as a trainer from a reputable training facility.
  • Must be familiar with computers.
  • Must be well knowledgeable about local government systems and pertinent laws.

Experience

• Must have eight years of experience working with development sector organizations in various positions. More experience especially with Local Government Institutions will be preferred.
• The development sector experience must include at least three years of working as a social organtzer.
• Tave 2 years proven track record of carrying out appraisals of Public Sector
• Organizations/NGOs/ CBOs/ private sector institutions.
• Must have Experience of working with Local Goverments and on Donor funded projects will be preferred.

Instructions

• Oversce institutional capacity building of the selected LGs up to the required standards.
• Maximum age may be relaxed by the BOD in case of exceptionally qualified and experienced candidates.
• Ate of measuring age will be from Date of Birth up to last date of receipt of application.
