Deputy Registrar :
Must hold a master’s degree in social sciences or public administration from an institution approved by HEC. 10 years’ worth of autonomous office personnel and administrative management experience is required. Must possess a powerful and vivacious personality. Should be capable of creativity and problem-solving.
Assistant Registrar :
Must hold a master’s degree in social sciences or public administration from an institution approved by HEC. Must have five years of office-related work experience. Must be accustomed to working in an office setting. Microsoft Office proficiency is required.
Graphics Designer :
A graphic or communication design bachelor’s degree from a HEC-recognized institution is required. Should be capable of creativity and problem-solving. Good communication abilities in research and report writing as well as desktop publishing are required.
It Assistant :
Must hold a computer science bachelor’s degree from an institution approved by HEC. Must have two years of office or academic-related employment experience. Software and hardware expertise is required. English writing abilities must be exceptional. good inter-personal communication abilities are required.
