Instructions
- Individual Specialists are requested to provide only that material which is specific to the proposed services and avoid submitting generic promotional literature.
- This will be an International Open Competitive Bidding (OCB) and the assignment is International. The Individual Specialists’ assignment envisages time input estimated at 02 Person-Months (Intermittent Input for the Period of 07 Months) for each specialist. The Individual Consultants will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the Asian Development Bank’s Procurement Regulations for ADB Borrowers (2017, as amended from time to time).
- An individual consultant from an ADB member if he / she is a national of an ADB member.
- Individuals of ADB members who have appropriate authorization to legally reside and work in the country of the assignment but do not hold the nationality of that country may also be considered as national consultants. However, (a) remuneration will be subject to the local market rate; and (b) accommodation and travel related expenses from home country to country of assignment will not be provided.
- The interested Individual Consultant should note that purely on-line submission of Expression of Interest through ADB CMS is the only acceptable submission method. The deadline for receipt of EOl is February 28, 2023 (by 14:00 hrs local time).
