- According to the First Appointment to Civil Positions (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Regulations, 1993, for regular appointments, a relaxation in the upper age limit of five years over and above the stipulated age limit and additional upper age relaxation shall be permissible (other than for Additional Session Judge).
